Lifespan Integration Level 4 Training UK
Level 4 is the most advanced stage in the Lifespan Integration training pathway and is designed for therapists who wish to work at greater depth with early trauma, preverbal experience and complex attachment material. This advanced LI training strengthens your clinical capacity to recognise and integrate the earliest layers of implicit memory while maintaining safety, attunement and coherence in the therapeutic process.

Advancing Your Clinical Expertise in LI
By the end of this Level 4 trauma therapy training in the UK, you will be able to:
- Work confidently with clients whose systems hold very early preverbal trauma and fragmentation
- Apply advanced attunement skills to support deep integration and regulation

Who is the Level 4 Training For
This Level 4 Lifespan Integration training is for therapists who have completed Levels 1, 2 and 3, and are working clinically with clients whose histories include early trauma, attachment disruption or preverbal developmental patterns.
Experiential Practice Sessions in Level 4
Every Level 4 Lifespan Integration training includes experiential practice sessions that support the deepening of your clinical skills:
- Three supervised practice sessions where you’ll get to be the therapist, client, and observer
- Opportunities to work with advanced LI protocols
- Practice applying attunement skills with highly complex presentations
- Supportive feedback from trainers
All practice sessions must be completed to receive credit for the training.
Level 4 Protocols: What You Will Learn
In this advanced Level 4 Lifespan Integration training, you will learn three protocols designed to work with the earliest layers of implicit memory, preverbal experience and attachment formation.
🛡️ Baseline Plus Protocol
Honours the system’s original protective strategies while gently supporting updated understanding that the present is safer than the past. This protocol helps stabilise clients whose systems default to deep defensive patterns.
🌀 Cell Being Protocol
Targets extremely early, preverbal and generational trauma imprints, including prenatal stress and inherited patterns held in the body. This protocol supports the system in integrating the earliest layers of implicit memory.
🪺 Preverbal Attachment Repair Protocol
Addresses preverbal attachment wounds formed between ages 0 and 3, helping clients experience safety, connection and relational presence at the deepest developmental level.

Meet Your Trainer
Vajralila (Lea) is a certified Lifespan Integration therapist, instructor and supervisor, trained to Level 4, with over 25 years of clinical experience. She brings deep expertise in trauma, attachment and nervous-system-based work, and is widely recognised for her clear, grounded and compassionate teaching style.
As a facilitator, Vajralila is known for making complex material accessible and safe to learn. She supports therapists to develop confidence, attunement and clinical clarity, helping them integrate Lifespan Integration into their practice in a way that feels both structured and intuitive.
Her teaching is informed by extensive hands-on experience with complex trauma and early attachment work, making her especially well suited to guiding therapists through the LI training pathway.
