This advanced Lifespan Integration Level 3 training in the UK expands your ability to work with complex trauma, early developmental wounding and deep attachment patterns. Building on the foundations of Levels 1 and 2, this professional trauma therapy training helps therapists work more confidently with clients whose systems hold very early or fragmented experiences.

Who is the Level 3 Training For
This Lifespan Integration Level 3 training is suitable for therapists who have completed Levels 1 and 2. We would recommend that you have received one session of the LI Baseline protocol from a certified LI therapist, but this is not a requirement. It is ideal for Psychotherapists, Counsellors, Psychologists and other qualified professionals seeking advanced training in implicit memory integration, attachment‑focused therapy and complex trauma work.
Experiential Practice Sessions in Level 3
Every Level 3 Lifespan Integration training includes experiential practice sessions designed to strengthen your confidence in working with developmental trauma and advanced LI protocols:
- Three supervised practice sessions where you’ll get to be the therapist, client, and observer
- Opportunities to work with advanced LI protocols
- The chance to practise attuned presence with complex presentations
- Supportive feedback from trainers
All practice sessions must be completed to receive credit for the training.
Level 3 Protocols: What You Will Learn
In this advanced Level 3 Lifespan Integration training, you will learn 3 key protocols used to support early developmental integration, foundational safety and attachment repair.
🛡️ Baseline Plus Protocol
Honours the system’s early protective strategies while gently updating them with the understanding that the present is safer than the past. This protocol helps clients whose systems default to strong defence patterns.
🌅 Birth-Present Protocol
Works with early imprints from birth and the perinatal period, including medical interventions or complications that shaped the nervous system. This protocol supports the integration of preverbal experience.
🤲 Attunement Protocol
Addresses early relational deficits by strengthening co-regulation and emotional attunement. This protocol helps clients experience deeper connection, safety and relational presence.

A deposit of £100 will be required to secure a training place. The remainder of the cost will be payable 4 weeks prior to start date, if not already paid by the early bird deadline.
We recommend booking early, as Level 3 trainings often fill quickly.
If you book both Levels and later decide not to continue onto the Level 4, your Level 4 deposit will be refunded in full if you let us know within 14 days of completing Level 3.
Requirements: To participate in this training course, you need to have completed Levels 1 and 2 Lifespan Integration Training. Please specify the date you completed this on your application form.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations up to 4 weeks before the training – 50% of course fee is retained. Other cancellations within 4 weeks of the training – 100% of course fee is retained. Please also read the full cancellation policy.

Vajralila (Lea) is a certified Lifespan Integration therapist, instructor and supervisor, trained to Level 4, with over 25 years of clinical experience. She brings deep expertise in trauma, attachment and nervous-system-based work, and is widely recognised for her clear, grounded and compassionate teaching style.
As a facilitator, Vajralila is known for making complex material accessible and safe to learn. She supports therapists to develop confidence, attunement and clinical clarity, helping them integrate Lifespan Integration into their practice in a way that feels both structured and intuitive.
