I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor and Registered Member MBACP, based in Bristol and offering therapy online. I work with adults and young people, offering a warm, collaborative and reflective space for people who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, stuck, or caught in repeating emotional and relational patterns. People often come to therapy when an old way of being no longer fits, but the new way has not yet fully arrived. I offer a space to explore what feels tender, unresolved or difficult, and to gently understand how earlier experiences may still be shaping the present — in relationships, the nervous system, identity, or the sense of self. I have completed Lifespan Integration Level 1 and Level 2 training and offer LI as part of an integrative therapeutic approach. LI can support people to connect past and present, work with younger parts of the self, and develop a more integrated sense of who they are. My wider approach is depth-oriented, relational and trauma-informed, drawing on psychoanalytic, transpersonal and gentle body-based ways of working. I have a particular interest in trauma, complex trauma, neurodivergence, disability, chronic illness, healthcare workers, and identity, migration and cultural belonging.
