I believe therapy should be accessible to everyone and considered a normal, supportive resource for making life and relationships more manageable and meaningful. I offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can speak freely, with warmth, humour, acceptance and genuine understanding at the heart of the work.
My approach is based on the belief that we all have the innate capacity to heal and grow, given the right conditions. I work in an integrative way, drawing on a range of approaches including trauma-informed and mind–body modalities. Lifespan Integration involves a collaborative process where the therapist and client work together to create a cohesive and integrated narrative of our experiences, that brings a sense of safety and present day wellbeing.
With a background in business, sustainability, international aid and community engagement, I bring a diverse and inclusive perspective when working with people. I am mindful of how culture, identity and experiences of difference can shape our lives, and I aim to offer an inclusive and culturally sensitive space.
I’m registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and offer sessions online, in Central London and Essex/ Hertfordshire. Sessions start at £70. I have a limited number of low-cost spaces available.
