Become a Lifespan Integration Therapist in the UK

Lifespan Integration offers a gentle, modern and body-mind based approach to working with trauma, attachment wounds and developmental disruption. Our trainings give you the skills and confidence to bring this method into your practice and help clients settle more quickly, regulate more deeply and heal in a way their whole system can recognise.

Am I Eligible to do the Training?

This Lifespan Integration training in the UK is designed for therapists seeking professional development in trauma-informed, body-mind based approaches. It’s suitable for qualified psychotherapists, counsellors and psychological professionals. How Lifespan Integration Training Works

LI training is highly experiential and focused on practical skill development. You’ll learn step by step how to guide clients through the LI timeline method, recognise shifts in the nervous system and support integration safely and effectively.

Training includes demonstrations, clinical guidance, practice sessions and opportunities for supervision, so you leave feeling prepared rather than overwhelmed.

Training Levels

Our LI therapist training pathway includes 4 levels, each building towards full competency in the LI method. Below is a brief overview of each level. Each level has its own full page with dates, details and requirements.

If you want to build skill and confidence quickly, we recommend signing up for Levels 1 and 2 together. This gives you a clear pathway and helps you integrate the method more deeply. We offer a 10% discount off Level 2, when purchasing Levels 1 and 2 together.
